Thanks a lot, Marc, for this.  I have a wee bit of a thought (though
it may be already thought about and done with :) : Should'nt the URL
scheme be a bit more readable and have an inherent quality which just
by looking at it tells us where we are ?  As this is The Common Lisp
_Directory_ ...

just a minor thought
