The tasks are concrete but very high level--if I look at that list with the perspective of, "sounds great, how do I help?" it's not at all clear to me how I can start contributing. Basically it looks like a good todo list to remind you of all the things you intend to do but it's hard for someone else to know where to start or what you mean, in particular, by some of those ideas. There are probably two ways (at least) to fix that: 1) you can provide some smaller sized tasks that someone could take on to get warmed up or 2) you can provide more guidance about how to get up to speed and working on the larger tasks.
