I am (mostly for my own amusement, but also to bring lisp (however
tangentially) into my work place) researching the protocol and api specs
for the remote version (URP) of OpenOffice's Universal Network Objects
(UNO), and I was wondering I anyone on this list had any experience
talking to OpenOffice over a socket.

Though just an idea now, eventually it might make a good addition to the
Garden: a lisp binding to script a well known, mainstream client. The
low level message protocol actually looks like a good place to use
Seibel's binary-class abstraction.

There is an additional question here, I'm just not sure what it is...
Any pointers would be welcome.

Thanks,

Matt
