Anyway, the quick workaround is to 'cd desktop/gnome-applets' and
rebuild gnome-applets by 'make clean && make install'.
The issue is, that there is a missing dependency for the Volume Control
(aka MixerApplet) which obviously does not result in breaking the
packages build, but simply omitting MixerApplet -- and thus GARNOME
continues building.
