Known issue. The mozilla plugin installs to whatever prefix the mozilla installation is found in -- and because you're not building our firefox, you get to keep the broken bits of installs that depend on it :) It'd be another good 'all-emcompassing makefile hack' for the s/our firefox/your system's mozilla/ issue we kicked around on IRC the other day.
