Hi Joseph,
I'm using python-2.4.1 which I had to include into gar.conf.mk to get it
found using the earlier tips on this list. gcc is the default compiler
and the gcc-4.0.1 compiler is the defacto standard.
Thanks for your help.
Cheers,
Stef

Stef,
I have gcc-4.0.1 on the system, but have been building with gcc-3.3.3.
I am also using python-2.4.1. Both of these apps are installed in
non-standard places on my system so I set environment variables when I
want to use them.
I will take a look at your problem.

Dear Joseph,
If I rember correcly you are using GCC 4.0.1 as well ?
I seem to be having issues compiling dbus 0.35.2 or the version in CVS.
Did you or anybody success in compiling dbus using this version of GCC
or I'm a looking in the wrong direction for the issues
Thanks in advance for any tips,
