PATCHFILES not found, need to be removed

Hey,

I'm trying to garnome 2.11.92.
But get some errors, this needs to be changed:
remove PATCHFILES line in /platform/gtk+/Makefile
remove PATCHFILES line in /bootstrap/libtool/Makefile
