Explanation
-----------
Firefox could not be selected to build the SVG mozilla-plugin. The
option to choose between firefox and mozilla did not exist.
The upstream patch adds code to configure.in to search along $PATH for
(firefox | mozilla)-config
The user can explicitly select the gecko-config file and avoid the
search by setting an environment variable
MOZILLA-CONFIG
to either firefox-config or mozilla-config.
