The calendar does not appear when the clock applet is clicked.
The problem is "known" and has been fixed in the CVS HEAD branch.
After looking at the timestamps of the CVS files, I decided to try
using the CVS version of
applets/clock/clock.c
I replaced clock.c with the CVS version, rebuilt and reinstalled the
clock applet. The calendar now appears when the clock applet is clicked.
The upstream patch is a diff between the current CVS version of clock.c
and the version shipped with 2.13.2.
