You need change vte.pc in the line:

pangoxft >= 1.1.0 pangox
to:
Requires: xft >= 2.0 glib-2.0 gobject-2.0 gtk+-2.0 >= 2.2 fontconfig pangoxft
>= 1.1.0 pangox
