OK, I tracked down the bug with the theme - see attached patch. Looks like
it's bug 327558.
evo still crashes, but now it only spews one error:
gaspac:gaspac 0 $ evolution-2.6
CalDAV Eplugin starting up ...
Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_accel_group_connect: assertion `accel_key > 0' failed
aborting...
There are 2 bugs in bugzilla with the string "assertion `accel_key > 0'",
but neither of them have useful info - time to fire up gdb...
