not included in your distribution.

uncommenting the last line fails:
- this patch file has no entry in checksum
- the patch wont even apply
- I add to make the modification of the patch manually to make it work.
I also had to remove the line
@HALD_COMPILE_LINUX2_TRUE@ hald-addon-keyboard$(EXEEXT) \
in
garnome-2.14.0/freedesktop/hal/work/main.d/hal-0.5.7/hald/linux2/addons/Makefile.in
because my old rhel3 linux/input.h doesnt defines KEY_STOP and co.
