Known issue with GARNOME 2.14.2, fixed in 2.14.2.1.

You can fix this by downloading the 2.14.2.1 tarball, and substituting
these dirs. Just remove platform/libxml2 and bootstrap/docbook-xml from
your 2.14.2 build dir, then copy in the ones from 2.14.2.1. After that,
build and install libxml2 manually, which will take care of docbook-xml
as well:
$ cd platform/libxml2/
$ make install
Finally, cd back to where you started the GARNOME build and run the
command you used in the first place again. GARNOME will pick up, where
the build broke.
