Actually, I built garnome desktop as user root with
target /opt/garnome-2.20.0. As I now know this is not the proper way, I
chowned the whole /opt/garnome-2.20.0 directory to a new user garnome
which I will use from now on to install additional garnome applications.
But the lock-screen-behaviour that I described happens to any regular
user account (I didn't even check with the root account).
