Install the external dependency as provided by your distro. See the
DEPS-LIST for more information and required dependencies as you go along
building GARNOME.
Also, you might want to have a second look at the README.
$ grep icon-naming-utils DEPS-LIST
perl-XML-Simple (icon-naming-utils)
perl-XML-Simple (icon-naming-utils)
libxml-simple-perl (icon-naming-utils)
These are the Fedora, SuSE and Ubuntu / Debian package names
respectively. FWIW, the Mandriva package name matches the first one,
too. Use your preferred tool to install the distro provided package.
