As frequently mentioned, this happens only when I have my tmp directory on a different partition than the .lyx file. On View PS I only get it if I have a non epx file, like a gif. Export PDFLatex gives me one for each each image. However, the InsetText is, inset_owner is, stuff happens regardless of where my tmp files is.
