The PSView still works, but the Lyx view is either blank, says loaded
but not displayed, or is of such poor resolution that it is useless.
I think that .ps graphics do not translate well into .xpm graphics, but
of course things might change with the impending shift in converters.
My best and fastest strategy is to mark everything do not display and
View Postscript, which does not bother me at all. My concern is that
some new users might be so put off that they go no further.
