Major problem with xforms-0.9999

Everything looks fine until I try View Postscript.
Then I get:
LaTeX Error: Not in outer par mode 
You've lost some text.
The are all early in the document, but I suspect it has to do with
graphics insets.
There are 17 figures and I get 19 errors.
It is possible that the problem is a LyX CVS BUG inserted in the past
12h or so. I'm recompiling now with 0.89 to check. Not sure I'll be up
to check the result.
