Coundn't find much in the docs about this, but I tried putting a
footnote after my caption to say what ** meant in a table entry. I went
to the end of the caption and did enter to get layout standard, and then
inserted a footnote. I got a small 1 below the caption, but the text of
the footnote (** Not specified) did not appear anywhere that I could
find in the psview. I tried a number of other places to insert the
footnote, and got the 1 in strange places, but never any text.
Bugzilla was no help.
Is there a way to do this?
