It fixes the GUI problem, but not the rendering problems both in lyxview
and psview. In lyxview the opening delimiter is higher than the closing
delimiter, and in psview the closing ) and possibly also the ( is
cocked, like | \ or maybe / \.
Earlier discussion on this said that it was because the ) is generated
as a reflection of (.
