The ERT below used to (like last month) put something like:
Reese, page 5
Assignment 6
123456
At the top of each page.
Now it is just puts:
Reese, page 5
Assignment
All of the assigned stuff is used at the beginning of the document, but
not in a header, and there it all works as expected, so the preamble and
other supporting ERT's are working. Any ideas on what changed? LyX-1.2 ,
LyX-1.2.1cvs today.
