Feature request -- Print dialogue

Lots of layouts print a date, which does not show up in the lyx view. It
would be nice if there was a Date entry in the print dialogue, perhaps
under Extras, which allow me to enter the date, as usually I either do
not want a date or want it so reflect the date of writing instead of the
date printed. I know I can do this with the Date entry in the the pull
down, but I usually forget. It would also be nice if the lyx view gave
an indication that there would be a date entry.
