It is pretty easy to get incompatible versions of pspell and aspell libs. The easiest thing to do is to clean it all out and upgrade to aspell-0.50.3 or later. This (of course:) breaks pspell.m4, but it is easy to fix. We really need aspell.C and let libpspell go away.
