Well, if you installed pspell, then --with-pspell, otherwise
--without-pspell
Unless you have a version which the script does not like, then
--without-pspell
will get you to compile.
The latest version of aspell is not compatible with pspell.m4, so there
you have the choice of using --without-pspell or modifying pspell.m4.
