Coffee husks (silverskin) are paper thin so pelletizing makes sense.
Spend grounds would also be available.

A few years ago a company here supplied two 25 kWe gasifiers for
coffee husks (silverskin) to Costa Rica. I saw the husks and the
gasifier but never saw it run and wasn't invited back. We understand
that the gasifiers in Costa Rica never operated.
