Hi Roberto,

It is unlikely that there is a gasifier that doesn't require a filter. The ash
from combustion must pass through the charcoal bed so it will be entrained in
the gas flow. Otherwise, the gasifier will plug and stop working

Subject: [Gasification] Question about gasifiers without the need of filters.

Hi all,
¿Anyone know if exists a gasifier that do not require filtering the woodgas to
fuel an internal combustion engine?

And,

¿How can i know if the woodgas generated from a TLUD gasifier (with wood
pellets) need or not need a filter before using it in an internal combustion
engine?

I want to know that before ruining a motor.

Thanks.
