Several valuable books are now available under the Biomass Energy
Foundation section of the Resources page of the Dr TLUD website. (

Note that the 1974 Pegasus book title was changed in 2006 to “Driving on
Wood: The Lost Art of Driving Without Gasoline.”

Note: You will probably want to right-click and save the PDF file for
the larger book (Driving On Wood). When you save it directly to your
hard drive, you can view it with Adobe Reader.
One more quick note: Some of the BEF PDF files were set up for book
printing (four pages per paper sheet, two pages on each side), so the
page ordering is very odd for one book in particular: Woodgas Generators
for Vehicles. We have not edited the print-shop PDF copies beyond
rotating the upside-down pages and adding a note on the bottom of the
front page.
