Of course you’re correct! I just leach on the creativity of others! In truth, I just don’t bother with the USPTO with most of my ideas. Who wishes to spend their life in litigation? Apple can sue Samsung, but whom could I sue? Going to market is the game-point! Besides, I have a bazillion patentable ideas; so what? I do compose patent write-ups for others and am happy to do so for a fee. Beyond this, I really have very little interest in the USPTO. So sue me! (For what?)
