Güssing Renewable Energy Thailand (GRETHA) will build this first DFB biomass
gasifier in Asia with engineering support of GP Green Energy of India.
Manufacturing of key components has started.

Feedstock for both projects will initially be wood chips while design allows
for gradually mixing MSW fractions This is a big step for GRETHA, and its
Austrian sister GREG (Güssing Renewable Energy GmbH) and their parent
company CaRe.

The plants represent the latest version of indirect gasification as
developed at VUT (Vienna University if Technology) and first demonstrated at
the plant in Güssing, Austria (owned by BKG, another sister company of
GRETHA).
