Conference attendees are invited to join the listening session, on “Building a Billion Ton Bioeconomy in the United States,” held April 11th at 2:30-4:30pm to provide their thoughts, comments and ask questions on the potential to grow the national bioeconomy. Listening session hosts from the U.S. Departments of Agriculture and Energy plan to solicit input from participants on what opportunities may exist and what challenges need to be confronted in order to achieve a focused and successful bioeconomy vision for the United States. This Listening Session will be run using ThinkTank collaborative technology to gather input from participants. Attendees will be required to bring their own personal devices capable of accessing the internet and entering responses.
