The in-efficiency of an IC Engine is epitomized by the “waste heat” from the exhaust gas which is in the 70% range. If this heat could be Recycled ,together with a supply of damp biomass without the Addition of Atmospheric Nitrogen or oxygen, the product could be processed into a high octain fuel using plasma arc and catalysts and fractionating column. The engine would be on full Load, generating surplus Power, some of which would be used in the provision and processing Of its own fuel supply. Thus providing a carbon To oxygen exchange at the Growing stage of the biomass.
