In Corrientes province Argentine are 500.000 hectares of forestry plantations.
Saw dust is burned at low temp giving tar emissions polluting air.
Rice husks also are discarded in rice mills.
Our idea is to use saw dust as fuel in lime kilns adding in upper throat
charcoal fines as reduction charge,
This gas can fuel Detroit 20V 149 T engines coupled to 600 V DC 2000 A
generatrors as in locomotives.
With this electricity is possible to melt briquettes composed by iron ore,
rice husks, lime and clay.
Slag obtained is balanced and useful for cement production.
Recover pure syngas and compressors fueled by low grade gas
methanol is available.
