Refactoring : moved the KEA and ML sources into their respective plugins.
The jar files required are deleted from the main GATE lib and copied into the
lib directories of the plugins.
The motivation for this change is to limit the version conflict for the jars
and have a cleaner separation between core code and plugins.
The new learning API (coming with the next major release) will replace the
existing one and will be available as a plugin.
