Using parameterized types for the CreoleRegister. The register itself is now a
Map<String, ResourceData>, and the methods that previously returned List or Set
now return a parameterized type as appropriate, e.g. getLrInstances returns a
List<LanguageResource>.
This is compatible with old code using the raw types.
