Synchronized modifications to the instantiationStack, to solve a conflict when
creating instances of the same resource type (e.g. DocumentImpl) from multiple
threads. Also made the list returned by getInstantiations unmodifiable to
prevent any inadvertent modification except via ResourceData methods.
