Added GUI support for resource parameters of type gate.FeatureMap, analagous to
the support for List-valued parameters, i.e. a button which pops up a dialog
box containing a standard FeaturesSchemaEditor to edit the feature map.
This is useful for cases where a PR only processes certain annotations, based
on feature value constraints.
