Add an asGraphViz() method that helps visualize an FSM. To support this, some
iteration methods have been added: forEachState(Runnable r), and
getAllStates(). An alternate version of Transition.toString() is also
provided, to give a meaningful label to GraphViz nodes without showing their
full 'target' attribute.
