A couple of bug fixes in document reset PR:
- Previously, it was not possible to keep the default annotation set - even if
you added null to the list of setsToKeep the default set would still be
cleared. Now it is kept if setsToKeep contains either null or the empty
string "".
- Previously, if keepOriginalMarkupsAS was true, the PR would attempt to add
"Original markups" to the setsToKeep list passed in as a parameter, causing
an exception if the passed-in list was not growable (e.g. if it had been
created via Arrays.asList()). It now copies setsToKeep into a new temporary
ArrayList local to execute() instead (which has the nice side effect that you
don't get extra "Original markups" entries mysteriously added to your
setsToKeep parameter).
