Add MatchRule15 to the list of rules which qualify for having names tagged as
"matchedWithLonger". This is to avoid the following type of error:
George R. Johnstone III ... Johnstone ... Kelly Johnstone.
In the above, Johnstone matches George R. Johnstone II via MatchRule15. It
needs to be tagged as matchedWithLonger to keep it from being matched with
Kelly Johnstone.
