Annotation Diff:
- copy instead of moving annotations to avoid modifying source annotations
- context menu for the check boxes to easily change their state
- correct an NPE when showing a document for a non existing annotation set
(which should also avoid adding '[Default set]' in the document)
- when editing an annotation a copy is created in the source annotation set and
it is selected to be copied later to avoid modifying source annotations
- use the same order everywhere for the difference types
- rename and unify difference types for comprehension:
- correct -> matching, partially correct -> overlapping, false positives ->
spurious
