Reorganised to run each PR over all the documents before checking any
assertions, rather than run on doc 1, assert on doc 1, run on doc 2, assert on
doc 2, etc. This means that if an assertion fails on doc 1 (say), subsequent
tests that depend on the previous PR having been run on doc 2 (say) will not
fail catastrophically. They will probably still fail but at least the results
will be meaningful.
