Ontology API changes: add methods that use OConstants.Closure instead of byte,
add interfaces OURI, OBNodeID and ONodeID to replace gate.creole.ontolog.URI,
make Ontology class a factory for OURIs. Make URI implement the new interfaces
to be backwards compatible.
