When populating a corpus don't use CorpusEditor as the parent dialogue but the
window parameter passed when creating the NameBearerHandle for the corpus. This
avoid the unnecessary creation of the corpus view when populating it. In
CorpusEditor read less often the CreoleRegister to speed up things and avoid
concurrency exception.
