Remove setChecking method, this should eventually get replaced by a generic way
to set options. Remove getImportURIs as its semantics is unclear and depends on
the underlying implementation. Deprecate method RDFProperty as it allows the
user to easily go beyond OWL-Lite. Deprecate old addAllValuesFromRestriction
for the same reason and add a new version of the method that conforms to what
is allowed in OWL-Lite
