Removed classes from gate.util that exist only to serve the IAA plugin and are
unlikely to be used elsewhere. Moved isSameInstancesForAnnotators method from
AnnotationMergingMain in the annotation merging plugin to
gate.util.AnnotationMerging because gate.util.TestAnnotationMerging needs it.
