Logic to keep the GATE version number listed in Info.plist (i.e. the one that
shows up when you "get info" on GATE.app in the Mac Finder) in sync with the
one reported by GATE at runtime.
After updating to this revision the GATE.app launcher will not work until you
rebuild GATE.
