Better type checking:
- both variants of [Conditional]SerialAnalyserController.add now check that
their parameter is a LanguageAnalyser, and throw an exception if not.
- SerialControllerEditor now displays a pop-up error message when the add call
fails, rather than doing nothing and just sending the exception trace to the
messages pane.
This is a part fix for http://sourceforge.net/support/tracker.php?aid=3100018.
