Moved from a binary only copy of the Ontotext HashGazetteer to having the
source in the main tree -- thanks to Ontotext for allowing decompilation to
recover the source. There are still improvements to be made to deal with some
weird method names etc. that came from the decompilation process, and some
obvious optimizations to the original source code.
