made the population of documents from trecweb documents more generic to accept
the tag that indicates boundaries of the content used for creating individual
documents. The GUI component now allows specifying the type of documents being
extracted (i.e. xml, html and other) and also let the user specify the number
of documents he/she wants to extract from the big document
