added a new plugin for teamware_tools - currently containing only a PR that
produces a summary of agreements between annotators and annotators vs consensus
annotation set. Each summary is linked with per document analysis. Each
document on the document-analysis page is linked with output of annotation diff
for every annotation type supplied original as parameters for the QA analysis
